Step 2: Tour & interview

If an appropriate opening is available and the initial information appears to be a good fit, we will schedule a virtual interview.

Virtual Interviews take place outside regular childcare hours so I can give your family my full attention while protecting the safety, privacy, and daily routine of the children currently in care.

Before the interview, you will receive the Parent Handbook to review. We will discuss the program, policies, your child’s needs, and any questions you may have.

After the virtual interview, an in-person tour may then be scheduled so your family can see the childcare environment before making a final decision.

All adults who share responsibility for the childcare arrangement must review and agree to program policies before enrollment.

Step 3: Submit required documents & fees 

Before your child’s first day, all required forms and payments must be received.

• Financial Agreement (Contract)
• Registration Form
• Emergency Contacts
• Authorized Pick-Up Persons Form
• Medical Release Authorization Form
• Immunization Records
• Child & Family Personal History Form
• Release for Permission to Use sunscreen and bug sprays
• Handbook signature page

Registration Fee

$75 non -refundable registration fee due at enrollment to secure your child's spot

Step 4: First day & transition 

Once everything is finalized, we we'll set your child's start date! I will work with you on a transition plan that helps your child feel comfortable in their new environment.
